The company can improve on diversity in leadership; it is really important to have more profiles of my background in the office for mentor ship and handling more nuanced issues diverse candidates face. As a note, this is a bit more office specific. There is definitely emphasis on hiring, but there can be more emphasis on development that is also tailored to the diverse employees. Also, the experience is largely determined by the people we work with, and at times there is more unpredictability associated with certain managers. It would be helpful for the entire firm to continue improving on making the work sustainable by continuing to having conversations around it and putting more emphasis in these conversations as well.
