The call center environment felt like a dead end- an employee would have to leave and come back with external experience if you wanted a much higher promotional option.

Overall managing positions were not motivational to call reps. People who didn’t put in extra work seemed to become managers while those that did stayed hourly.

Company culture

There was a culture of recognition. People going above and beyond was allowed, it was noticed, and it was rewarded with perks. Teams gave praises, I felt valued, and at the beginning received the appropriate accolades. It’s just been until now that I’ve been able to see it in hind-sight after having worked in some toxic environments in other financial companies.

Company culture

Work-Life balance was not great but I attribute this to it being an earlier time period in my life. At the time I wanted to learn, grow, and achieve as fast as possible. So I worked as much as they allowed me to work. Since this experience, I have personally gotten better at how to balance and create my own boundaries.
