Egon Zehnder highly values collaboration and feedback. This creates an open, accessible culture where people are open to learning and hearing different opinions as long as it's done respectfully. Most consultants want to work as true partners with the research organization.

In order to maintain Work Life balance you need to be comfortable pushing back, otherwise the expectations push towards much more work than life. As a whole there is also still a lack of Diversity. The company has started multiple efforts to increase variety in the demographic and it is moving in the right direction. Another promising piece is that inclusivity/respecting differences isn't really a problem.
