I do not feel as though I have always known where I stand, and I find this to be a big issue at PwC. Despite getting formal feedback, as CRT (career round table) concluded I ended up being significantly lower than what I expected. I received no formal warning, improvement plan, and had no conversation. I had reached out to partners and directors, yet the result was not what I was expecting. The feedback process is poor, and I encourage you to be ready for a result you might not see coming.
