My manager supported me through onboarding in terms of getting me prepared for the role. He's also been helpful in supporting my priorities as it related to outside interests.

The ones that I participate in are genuine because the participants are Black people. We do what we want to do and it's more of an internal community. They've impacted my experience positively. I've been able to make a lot of connections outside of my group, which has been super helpful. Being able to go to a place with genuine connection is really helpful. I've also gotten a lot of mentors out of that experience.

I can only speak to the San Bruno, .com perspective but I think in terms of authenticity, I go to work and do my work. I'm able to work with a team and do the things that I like to do in a workplace.

It depends on the team. I work on a small team, so I have access to my senior VP, but it depends on your place in the organization. It's really on you to put the moves in place in terms of upward mobility or furthering your career

I think I am fairly compensated. I think the benefits for full-time people are great. It really depends on what you value.
