CIRKEL aims to bridge the generation gap to help professionals of all ages find career support. Our core product is a white glove networking service (in the form of a subscription membership) that introduces relevant professionals from different generations each month. Our membership base represents professionals ages 20-75.
The candidate will be responsible for driving forward and implementing CIRKEL’s tech vision and roadmap. As part of a dynamic startup, the role will focus on technology to help the business scale and continue its growth trajectory, while also implementing product, marketing, and operational improvements. We are looking for someone who can think about the big picture but also isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and start building.
CIRKEL is a design-oriented, human-centered, data-conscious, and fast-moving startup. As our first tech team member, this role will play a key part on the leadership team and guide the strategic focus of the company as a whole. We’re looking for a candidate who truly believes in our mission and wants to get in at the early stages of a startup and make an impact.
Note that we are open to a range of commitment levels (full-time, part-time, and contract work) and are happy to work with team members to find the best work structure for their lives.
