CUSTOMER MARKETING INTERN

Our Customer Marketing Intern will conduct research into key vertical markets and use that data to assist our Marketing team in the creation of targeted messaging and campaigns directed towards those markets. Are you someone who pays attention to the latest online or social shopping market trends? We’re looking for you! All applicants must be able and willing to work 20 hours per week from June 7th to August 13th. This internship will pay $15/hour.

  • Regularly schedule and promote creative and effective social media content that aligns with our global marketing campaigns and trending industry topics
  • Monitor SEO, our user engagement, and suggest optimization
  • Communicate with professionals and influencers via social media and build a strong industry network
  • Analyze and measure the success of social media campaigns on our target groups
  • Collaborate with our Social Media Manager and the Global Communications team to brainstorm and create relevant, high-quality content

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide deep, analytical research into selected target markets
  • Present results of research and recommendations to Marketing team
  • Work with Marketing team to create engaging campaigns and messaging that will attract target audiences
  • Create written reports of your findings to share with the Marketing team

SKILLS + QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Hands-on classroom or internship experience in marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous research experience preferred
