The Role:

As Head of Product Marketing, you’ll be a leader in the company responsible for helping us achieve our aggressive growth goals. You’ll build and grow a product marketing team that will drive brand awareness, help us differentiate ourselves in the market, build and accelerate pipeline through interest in our product, and establish the company as a thought leader in the community. You’ll help us further our market penetration in the managed service provider (MSP) space and extend into new markets like value-added resellers (VARs).

You’ll work closely with the Demand Gen and Content & Brand teams to create a coordinated strategy for go-to-market and ensure design, content, and messaging are consistent and on-brand. You’ll also collaborate with sales leadership to identify gaps and opportunities in the sales funnel—and develop creative programs to generate new qualified leads and accelerate the existing pipeline. You’ll establish and maintain metrics to measure the success of your programs, adjusting where needed based on ROI. You’ll be creative in leveraging innovative ways to market Huntress, leveraging the company’s edgy approach to being transparent and bold.

This is a high-impact role that is both strategic and tactical and will be key in helping the company achieve business goals including: generating and accelerating pipeline, growing brand awareness, and enhancing partner engagement. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.

Role Expectations:

  • Work with product management to develop a successful product messaging strategy
  • Develop a compelling value proposition for our services with a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Drive launches and go-to-market models for the platform
  • Create content for sales activities, including datasheets, presentations, brochures, videos, web tools
  • Track competitors to ensure proper positioning of services and ensure we are differentiated
  • Conduct regular market analysis and demonstrate a thorough understanding of technology trends, competitive updates, channel performance, pricing, and user requirements
  • In-depth market knowledge and customer familiarity in the SMB, MSP, and Reseller market
  • Monitor revenue and growth and initiate actions to achieve targets. Actively engage with the sales organization to understand market acceptance, develop sales plans, and understand feature/performance enhancements needed to maintain the product in the market over time


  • Develop strategy and handle execution for Product Marketing across all personas
  • Be innovative and bold in creating messaging, positioning, and sales enablement assets
  • Grow and build a Product Marketing team
  • Handle strategy and execution of all GTM launches
  • Deeply understand the competitive landscape
  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes
  • Communicate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, ThreatOps, Engineering, and other teams
  • Forecast and track budget
  • 5% travel for on-site events


  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing and cybersecurity
  • Experience working in marketing at a Series A or B stage SaaS startup where you have built and managed a team
  • Passion about working in the partner community
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently
  • Mix of creative and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated to work with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills that inspire and motivate teams
