We’re small but mighty! The team currently consists of Co-Founders Toby and Dumebi, CTO Will, and a small group of engineers. We’re fully-remote with plans to stay that way as our company grows. We work asynchronously and use tools like Slack and email to communicate with each other.
Admittedly, we’re still figuring out what kind of culture we want to cultivate here, but know this: our focus is building a company that people are excited to work for. We’re looking for someone that’s committed to our mission and ready to be part of what we believe to be the solution to a $30B+ dollar problem: employee retention.
We’re looking for a founding engineer that is eager to join a mission-driven company and ready to contribute right away.
Our focus over the next six months is to build out integrations with the tools that our customers regularly use: Slack, HRIS systems, MS Teams, etc. We’re increasing visibility into ERGs, and integrations will be a big focus for us in the coming months.
