As DEIB leaders, we hold our members to the highest standards when it comes to creating an accessible and inclusive space.

We do not condone hate speech of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Slurs,
  • Harmful stereotypes,
  • Intentional misgendering,
  • Dehumanizing language,
  • Promoting, praising, or encouraging harm of any group above

This community is what you make it — the more discourse the better!

We encourage all of our members to:

  • Ask questions
  • Answer questions
  • Share best practices and resources
  • Network with peers
